We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and any content you submit through our service. We also automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of our service.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, to communicate with you, and to personalize your experience. Your design prompts may be used to improve our AI models.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist in our operations, when required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also object to or restrict certain processing of your information. To exercise these rights, please contact us.

7. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your AppX account at any time. In the AppX Go app, open your profile and choose Delete account. On the web, email support@appx.uz from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account; we do it within 7 days. Deleting your account signs you out on every device, takes your apps offline and cancels any subscription at the end of the paid period. We keep a closed record of the account, including its email address, so it cannot be used to sign up again, and payment records where the law requires it.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

With your permission, AppX uses optional Google Analytics to measure public pages, clicks, and preview delivery. Google Analytics payloads are designed not to include prompts, code, email addresses, account identifiers, or project identifiers.

With your permission, AppX also uses the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It loads only on appx.uz and only after you allow it. It receives four events: views of our public pages, a prompt submitted on the home page, an account created, and a plan purchased with its price. It does not intentionally receive prompts, code, email addresses, account identifiers, or project identifiers. Meta also receives what any web request carries, such as your IP address and browser details, and may set its own cookies.

One choice covers both Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. If you decline, or your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, neither loads. First-party operational and marketing events remain separate and honor existing browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences.
